Final phase

Our holiday has entered the beginning of the end...

After a slightly-detoured drive around the bush fires this morning, we had a rushed visit with my cousin and her family. The kids managed to spend an hour or so boogie-boarding in the ocean before we drove to Melbourne and the final stop of our trip.

Our exploring this evening was mainly limited to finding a place to eat. We succeeded, thankfully, though I have to confess being dubious about choosing a restaurant called 'Atlantic' when we're about as far from that ocean as it's possible to get. The food was good, though.

The pic is of Melbourne and the Yarra river. Tomorrow, there's a good chance it'll be a shot of penguins. Which is kind of odd.
