Angladd Llawen

Aethon ni i Fryste i ddathlu'r angladd ffrind mwyn.  Roedd hi'n fenyw arbennig a oedd jyst caredigrwydd a llawenydd.  Roedd hi'n deithiwr, artist a Bwdist hefyd. Ei hangladd hi oedd seremoni Bwdist gyda llawer o sŵn. Daeth llawer o bobl i ddathlu ei bywyd hi, ac roedd e'n dda clywed eu hatgofion o fenyw wych.

We went to Bristol to celebrate a friend's funeral. She was a special woman who was just kindness and joy. She was a traveller, artist and Buddhist as well. Her funeral was a Buddhist ceremony with a lot of noise. Many people came to celebrate her life, and it was good to hear their memories of a great woman.

__________

"We are all made of experience and memory – and we change and die as our experiences and memories change and die. The only unifying thread is the appreciation that arises spontaneously from the space of being.t is vital that we appreciate life and the lives of those we love. It is vital to remember what we appreciate. If we had no appreciation there would be no loss – and so we should always merge the sadness we feel with the joy we once had in their company."

"The heart is where inspiration is born—like a lotus flower—untouched by sorrow. When we find this marvellous loving heart of wisdom we discover spacious passion in passionate space – and celebrate the authentic meaning of existence. We confirm it as the way of glorious appreciation - and take that path into joy for everyone and everything everywhere"
