Ravioli

While doing my mega-clearout of the papers on, under and next to my desk over the past couple of days, I came across a little booklet of Ottolenghi recipes. So I tried out his lemon and goat's cheese ravioli tonight. I don't have a pasta machine, and didn't really manage to roll it out thin enough. But at least the filling didn't burst out!

Next week the plan is to eat at an Ottolenghi restaurant when we meet up with our friends from Oz in London. Looking forward to that.
