Frank pays a visit

Tending to agree after 6 storms in six weeks that we shouldn't be naming them, as it only appears to encourage 'em!

First half was pretty dire and gutters overtopped and deck furniture went walk about in the pond...so lots of fun...but nothing compared to some poor folk. The atmosphere's extra water and energy capacity should make the next few decades a lot of fun, whatever happens post Paris.
