Wind Pump Walk

Lovely sunshine today!

For quite a while now we have been saying we will walk from home to visit the local wind pumps to see what state they are in.  We of often walk past the Apsley Manor one (the one with the fins on the photo) but the other two we had not walked too....until today....however both were not working and we only found the concrete plinths where they once were.  It was good to walk somewhere new locally and it was quite a nice 5.5 mile walk.
