Cape Agulhas

My sister wanted to see the southern most spot of Africa, so we decided to go on one of the hottest days in years they said. It was over 37 degrees (reportedly) in Struisbaai which is a few kilometers from Agulhas. We walked on the beach at Struisbaai and swam closer to the Cape, because there was a rubber boat race going on at the beach and very crowded. We went up the light house and walked to the sign which states that the Indian and the Atlantic oceans meet there. It is all very beautiful, but I found these strange mushrooms more interesting. They were at the Kapula candles' factory in Bredasdorp.
When we arrived back in Swellendam a thunder weather started and it rained very hard for an hour, but it did not cool down much.
In the evening we had guest over. It was a busy day.
