Centipede

This little devil was sitting on the wall above my computer. Didn't notice it until friends pointed it out, then I quickly got my camera and a can of bug spray. It didn't care about the camera, but really did not like the spray, dropping down to the ground and trying to scurry away. I tackled it with broom and dustpan once I again tracked it down, carrying it to the nearby jungle where I'm sure it is now resting in peace. It was at least a dozen centimeters long although that is hard to tell in this photo. I will be keeping an eye out for any relatives.
