Lunch with Friends

This morning I did the Edinburgh Parkrun, and set a new personal worst time of 29:06 - nearly three minutes slower than my personal best.  At least I went for a run, and it was pleasant to be out with some friends.  We later met some of the same folks for lunch, which was also lovely.  Everyone except BabyCyclops managed a smile for the photo, but he was on good form today and enjoyed his lunch.
