Another rough day today.
I waited in the car with the little man who was sleeping whilst his mum went for a run along the prom.
When she returned, I got out to grab this shot.

I ran here a few nights ago in similar conditions. What might to many seem an entirely unattractive proposition, is actually thoroughly invigorating.
