Expressing a company's view

When I actually think about what the representatives of a company should/shouldn't speak, I realize how difficult it is to say something because of the effect of the person's words.

I feel I can be more sensitive in choosing each word of what these people say (in English) so that they clearly express the views, aims, strategies of our company in terms of conducting business in other countries.

Lot's of thinking required here for me. But surely interesting to do does kind of work to learn more about the company myself in a long term.
