Scarred Sun

Yes, the sun did peek out in Edinburgh today, I think I caught the 3s of clear view we did get before the fog rolled back in heavy again. Plenty sunspots and detail visible just now. Sunspot 1513 erupted today, curiously enough, that's the smaller one on the right of the disc, not the huge one, 1515, nearer the bottom. 1515 however is expected to spew out a mega flare very soon. Aurora possibilities if the cloud ever clears.
