Beef Stroganoff

So one of my resolutions for 2016 is to cook at least one new dish each week, and hopefully improve my photography skills!

Tonight was the start of this adventure and for the first new cook of 2016 I chose beef stroganoff. I had planned on cooking this on New Years Day however due to a slight mix up with buying meat it was only cooked today.

It was pretty good for a first attempt however I managed to over salt the rice which was annoying! Oh well, time to plan my next new recipe!
