Daruma

I still must fill in the other eye of my Japanese daruma doll. I completed the goal that I had used it for but I never filled in its eye.

Traditionally, daruma dolls are burned at a Buddhist temple right after the new year. Now would be the time to find a local temple. Or perform my own burning ceremony.

And begin another goal with my daruma encouraging me.
