Class Pet

I have never before come face to face with a stick insect (true ). Today my 10yr old Granddaughter brought home the class pet as it is her turn to look after it until Monday. I must admit I found it rather fascinating. There are two in the bag but one is bigger. They actually do a kind of dance and get about quite quickly. My young teacher tells me that the leaves have to be changed and they have to spray it. They say you are never too old to learn and I am proving that to be correct. I will have to research these "insects ? " as I would like to know more about them.
