Golden Daffodils budding and coming into flower at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich
It's still unseasonably mild down in the south but I'm mindful others are not so lucky
I broke my femur and kneecap in March of last year and had my last physiotherapy session today. It's been quite s struggle but I'm gaining my independence back.
Now I need to get swimming again
