Silver Linings

Though I do like clouds
with a silver lining,
they leave me pining.
After so much rain,
I wish the sky
would wear its clouds
inside out.

Today I started another 1000-piece jigsaw. It's a Pollyanna Pickering painting of a golden Labrador in a library. Last time I did it, our yellow Lab' was still alive - witness the blond dog hair I found among the pieces in the box. A poignant moment!
