A quiet evening in

This was New Year's Eve, and it was my first NYE alone at home after what must be over 30 years. Normally that would have been a problem, but on this occasion it felt just about right. I settled down with this library book, wine, and the remains that you see there of a bowl of mixed nuts. Oh - and a spot of TV around midnight.
