Strawberry fields

We were meant to make raspberry frangipani tart but we sort of left the raspberries at home! Luckily there were strawberries instead and they make a delicious addition to frangipani! I made the basic recipe for my pear frangipani tart using regular flour in the pastry and it was superb!
