Will there be a hosepipe ban?

Walked up and over the ridge this morning and so pleased I didn't do myself a mischief in the mud.  The worst bit was walking downhill (only a little one) through a field of oil seed rape and then being confronted with this lake in the wheat field.

Just found out our next door neighbour was awarded a CBE in the New Year's Honours List, so I think that classes us as moving up in the world.  (Well I do look after their dog sometimes).

Do you think there'll be a hosepipe ban this year?
