Patty

New Year's tradition that we eat patties with ragout. Chicken fricassee or veal ragout or ragout with mushrooms. Or a combination of these ragouts.
That happened on New Year's Day. 
But there were still some pattie trays  and some ragout. So today was a day that we once again have repeated our tradition. 
And it was delicious!
