Reported for Granny Duty at 7am - after taking them to school - in pouring rain - spotted this chap in the village centre

He was still in the same spot - again in pouring rain - as I picked grandchildren up at 3pm - making me wonder - whilst I blipped him - if he'd been stood there all day - and if he had to go on a sandwich course at college to get this job
