Man down.

This old man got a hit from lightning since I last saw him. 
We went out for a stomp with the hounds for the first time in a couple of days. The weather's been so rank even the beagles went 'nahhh don't bother!' but we had a break in the incessant rain so took them to the local woods. They had a great time splashing around in mud and the temporary ponds the rain had made. 
There's definitely a divide in the pack between the terriers and beagles in respect of walking. The terriers are quite happy to skip a day or two if the weather's foul but the beagles are quite vocal and naughty if they don't get a daily walk.
