First Sourdough Bread of 2016

I like being inspired by other countries and their customs. New Year (Shogatsu) is very important to Japanese. There are many ways they celebrate it. I most like their traditions of 'firsts' waraizome (the first laughter) Hatsuyunme (the first dream) or Hatsumode (the first visit to a shrine) they do the first things of the year the way like they would be doing them for the first time.

Well, this is my first bread of 2016 and I really enjoyed making it. I also added dry tomatoes for the first time.
