Back to the gym!

Now that we are free from visiting workmen, we can get back to the old routine. I enjoyed my session this morning much to my surprise!!
   
The “token” is used for the locker in the changing room as a substitute for a £1 coin. I found this one amongst my “stuff” when looking for stamps before Christmas. I received it in exchange for a donation outside a supermarket in Paihia, North Island New Zealand, when we were visiting Waitangi in 2014
  
The weather was mild and dry this afternoon so I spent time in the garden rearranging the contents of some more pots.
