Walk the line

Wooden Trestle bridge near Noojee, Gippsland. It is the only remaining one of seven railway bridges that connected Nayook and Noojee.

This section of railway opened in 1919 and closed in 1954. Now it is a pedestrian bridge through bushland. It must have been a feat to cut and drag the timber through all that bush.

The splash of pink is Cathy's backpack and you can see some people walking up the hill to the right to give some height perspective.

Don't know why it didn't upload properly.
