... this poster on Manchesters Oxford Road REALLY ANNOYED ME!

In a 5 minute walk from it to the office i counted 27 buses, belching out horrendous black exhaust fumes ... The authorities say they will increase buses by 10% if the congestion charge comes in.

SO HOW THE FECK WILL THE AIR BECOME CLEANER?

I must have missed the bit about all the buses being converted to run on organic honey and daisy petals which are picked at dawn by faerie folk, thus making all buses emit only a sweet floral aroma.


I am not against the congestion charge, just spurious misleading bollocks marketing
