Winter Windflower

After a morning spent trying to sort out my accounts, I needed to get out for some fresh air. Once again, the skies were pewter-grey and the world seemed drab and colourless, until I came across a grove of these sumptuously blue windflowers, naturalised in the lawn of our local churchyard.
