Jet

Today I joined in "A Year with My Camera" - a free photography course online. The first week is about starting a collection, pictures of one subject. Given that it has to last throughout the year, and knowing how busy I am, I've picked "Cats" - since I have three. 

This is Jet, who is really my daughter's cat in all but paying the bills. She is aptly named, being entirely black, so taking a photograph of her can be quite a challenge in itself.
