A little brightness

We awoke to the usual dismal day.
Should be used to it by now!

However looking out of the kitchen window these yellow primula plants add a ray of brightness.

Could have been another shot of the pigeon which looked very wet and bedraggled.

Called to see some friends this afternoon, and as usual stopped a lot longer than we planned.
Laughter and a few G &T's was just what I needed!
