Shard of Light

The Shard had a laser show to officially mark the completion of its exterior.
It was lit up in many colours and shot green lasers at other landmarks in the city (so St Paul's had a green dot on it's dome that make it look like it was about to be shot by a sniper).
I was on Tower Bridge, it was very pretty but a bit repetitive after a while and we couldn't hear the music being played by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, (Copland's Fanfare for the Common Man (ironic choice?) and the Finale from Stravinsky's Firebird Suite).
So we went back off to the pub for a final drink before last orders, time gentlemen please, don't you have no homes to go to?!
