Parkrun Livingston

This morning I took part in the inaugural Parkrun Livingston.

We had some snow last night so this morning was a bit cold and icy but the show went on.

Lallybroch and friend V were also taking part and posed for a selfie pre-run.

I got the results through on the website fairly quick and managed the 5km run in 25:53 which in happy with considering the conditions.

After the run I popped into the gym for a quick workout before returning home to meet MrsT and L who were at the Dolphins.

In the afternoon, L and I went out on the sledge to the park and had a snowball fight.

MrsT and L were out at friend V's daughters A's 6th Birthday party in the evening.
