Great day out

Well the weather didn't look promising, but that window of brightness definitely happened. JanetH over, so we had a typical day out. Only planned part was to go to Haworth! Well we did, and after hot chocolate stop ( where we sat were we were told!) the rain stopped. A good mooch down the vintage inspired Main Street, with lovely authentic apothecary. Vintage dress trying on session- looking stylish with walking socks! Sale purchase made, we continued via the park to the station and a bridge vantage point for the next steam train, unfortunately it wasn't a pretty train! Then off to find the perfect picnic spot- request for riverside, picnic bench, blue sky hard to achieve, but wasn't far off the mark and poor parking added to the enjoyment of the location. Then on to Saltaire, mooch around the streets named after Sir Titus' children, and the mill. Then a stop off for bowling ( a win each) and slot machine motorbike challeng, for pie tea! Lots packed in as always.
