Golden Mane

There is a statue in Winchester of a naked rider and a horse.  It was sculpted by Elisabeth Frink in 1975. It is a very stark statue so not very easy to photograph but today someone had decorated the horse with some tinsel and I thought that he was looking rather dashing.


The day started with a sports massage which was painful as usual but wonderful afterwards.


And then it was day of miscellaneous activities that one always puts off doing.


Murphy managed to get into Miss F's room and ate half a gingerbread house. I'll be more vigilant going forward.
