Big, Bold and Beautiful

Yes it Is Me again . After a very long break I have decided to try  blipping again  and hopefully with more regularity than my last stint.
My  subject today is the big old, common pink Dahlia, who I think looks rather intricate and beautiful. She is blooming in abundance in a somewhat  rambling and overgrown part of my garden.
After being away for a few months the garden has pretty much been left to fend for itself, hence survival of the fittest:  ie dahlias and Hydrangeas!
