Church and the Superstition Mountains

It was really difficult choosing today's photo! I took my new Canon 5D Mark II and my Canon 60D to the Superstition Mountains to shoot the mountains, this church and the stars. Meghan and I got there just before sunset. It's beautiful. I won't use up space with words. Look through the extra photos.

Yes, it snows in Arizona. The higher elevations got cold a bit of snow while the valley where I live (Phoenix) got rain. Those mountains are northeast of Phoenix.

Meghan's the human in a photo. I typically don't take photos of people.

I also got some star trails. There are a surprising amount of stars visible just outside the city.
