A Mile a Day

This is the track at Braehead Primary School in Stirling where pupils are sent out to either run or walk a mile every day. It was started at another school in Stirling and the Head Teacher who introduced it won the Pride of Britain award. and has said that following this scheme none of the children are overweight.
