WOW

WOW - no not my photograph, but the name of the RSPB centre on Belfast Lough, it stands for Window on Wildlife. It was well worth a visit this morning, seeing the bird species in the comfort of a fabulous visitors centre. We even saw the Stena ferry sail by in the distance.
My main photo is of a Reed Bunting, there were flocks of Knot, Dunlin, Black Tailed Godwit, Shelduck, Shovellers, Teal, Wigeon, amongst others.
There are Polish Konik ponies grazing it for the benefit of the Lapwing that like to nest on short grass.

It doesn't look like the Blip future target is going to be reached tomorrow in time for the meeting on Tuesday. I have pledged along with others, but it all doesn't seem to be enough.
