Shiver me timbers

The annual Christmas tree hunt was a success. After tromping through the mud and inspecting all the evergreen choices for what seemed like hours, the family selected a big fat fir to cut down and take home.

As usual, we then celebrated our trophy tree by indulging in hot cocoa, Glühwein, sugared waffles & chocolate crepes with our fearless hunting friends :)
