Appropriate for the day

I don't normally take mono photographs but it seems appropriate as a result of the sad news today of David Bowie's passing.

I didn't know that he was ill so it was such a shock.  I've grown up listening to his music and of course he will continue to live in all of our hearts because of it.(Or maybe not if you didn't like him)

Murphy gave me a cuddle at one stage when I was crying.  

Having woken and remembered that I had something to do that required me to concentrate I stayed at home.  And to be honest I didn't feel 100%
