The beginning of another day

My first job when I get up is to go downstairs to the kitchen to prepare fresh bread for the day. We serve fresh white mini loaves to all diners. This year we are using 00 gauge pizza dough flour. I can tell you it makes a lovely tasty bread.

I first had bread made with this flour early in the season at a little restaurant near Lochcarron railway station.

In the photograph you see the bread prooving in their molds prior to baking. When finished they make very attractive mini loaves.
