Cotswold foothills (52 week challenge week 2)

The A417 into, and out of, Gloucester.
This is looking toward Crickley Hill which is the start of the Cotswolds to the left and right of the dual carriageway.
At the top of the hill is the 'Air Balloon' pub, an old and historic Inn where I had a magnificent sight of the Virgin air balloon just taking off from the grounds of the pub when I was returning from Maidenhead one day a few years ago.
At the Air Balloon you take the left fork to go to Oxford, Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, The Slaughters. Turn right for Birdlip, Fairford, Cirencester and Swindon.

It might not be the 'beautiful landscape' requested in the challenge but looks like the rest of the week is going to be miserable weather again so took this while I had the chance. Took the car for a run after picking it up at the garage where the drop links (front and rear), rear disks and rear pads had all been replaced. Have to say it made a real difference to the handling and lack of noise when going over bumpy roads.
