Foreshore Frost

The temperature plummeted overnight sub zero sadly.  I got up and as I looked to the hills that surround our little village it was obvious we were ringed by now snow covered hills.  

Fraser had an appointment with the consultant at the dental hospital this afternoon and as we drove home and climbed the hill to the village we drifted into the snow as it blanketed the roads.  We have a jaunt to Dundee for the twins hockey match on Saturday night so it will be a close eye on the forecast for the next forty eight hours.

I loved the shapes and the textures of the stones and the contrast with the frost it just appealed to me...
