Great weather for snails

More rain at lunchtime and so no chance to get out for a walk.
Pottered around the garden when I got home and found this large snail on top of the water butt. Luckily it is just grazing on an old nasturtium seed packet and not on the actual nasturtiums that are close by. The slugs and snails seem to be enjoying the soggy garden conditions.

Heard that M-in-law was admitted to hospital this afternoon. Hoping that she'll feel better soon.
