Manor House

Had to visit a derelict Manor House in Kent today to do some surveys.
Had the keys to the place and really looked forward to having a good look around.
Unfortunately the place was a disaster inside. 
The ceiling was coming down and there was a lot of damage caused by damp and rotting timbers.
The place will need a lot of money spending on it.
There was a calendar on the wall dated October 2012. I had been told the previous owner had died, so guessing the place has been derelict since.

The outside made for a nice photo though.
