Roast corn risotto

This was a very simple recipe I found on Pinterest! I made a basic white risotto and added roast sweet corn kernels to it. I found it pretty bland and felt it needed more flavour however Tim loved this dish and ate 3 portions by himself!

Probably another one I will make again after tweeting it a bit, however it will never beat my mushroom risotto or my green veg risotto! Or my butternut risotto for that matter!
