My favourite field - January

I have decided to do a series of shots, one each month of my favourite field.
So this is my January offering, on a beautiful crisp January day - winter at it's best! 
I am also going to do a series of shots of 'Sussex countryside' too, something to hopefully look forward to :-).
I have added a shot of the two horses I photographed a few weeks ago, enjoying some hay in my extras.
On another note I was heartbroken all over again at the sad death of Alan Rickman, he was such a good actor, and just excellent as Snape in Harry Potter a very, very sad loss :-(
