Watching the Wheels.

Heading to the shops this morning I came across this huge lorry manoeuvering it's way around this roundabout it brought the traffic in all directions to a standstill. This 260-tonne abnormal load left the docks in Invergordon heading for the Beauly electricity sub-station near Inverness . It was carrying an enormous transformer for the controversial Beauly to Denny Line. Due to the excessive weight of the load it was very slow moving and police officers were out in force escorting it to ensure public safety and minimum disruption to traffic.
