.... on my flower! Ok so it's not quite right but it's close :-)

We had one or two brief periods of sunshine today .... between a few heavy showers. We have planted up the next crop of potatoes & transplanted the cucumbers .... hope they survive but they had to be moved. I think the first flowers/fruits are beginning to form on them so, with any luck, they will be alright. Strawberries coming along really well too :-)

The wildflower garden is going mad .... the plants have grown much taller than they should ...... probably because of the amount of rain! There are lots of poppies about to bloom, daisies in abundance & more cornflowers. Just need a bit of better weather for the insects to be able to take advantage of them. The dwarf buddleia bushes are really beginning to come into flower also. I guess we must have green fingers after all.
