Malo Cross, North York Moors

Pickering was cold and icy this morning. Having managed to do a bit of decluttering I decided on a moorland dog walk.

The snow was in excellent condition along with the sun shining made for excellent walking conditions. Malo Cross was at its wintry best. A tradition with the crosses is to leave coins for travellers in need. If you look closely you may just see a coin peeping out from underneath the snow.
