Several days ago we noticed a bluetit inspecting the birdbox and as, like many things this year it seems rather early, wondered whether it was seeking shelter from the elements. 

On Wednesday they were back and today went inside to measure up the interior to determine whether it was large enough to raise a family, see if their furniture would fit and check the view from the front door (see extra) so it seems they are inspecting with a view to purchase.
